In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day, so you get your order sooner rather than later. If you need to cancel an order or change your shipping address, please contact us via Live Chat or Email within two (2) business hours of placing your order with your order number. 

If after two (2) business hours, and BEFORE confirmation of shipment your order will not be processed or will be fully refunded.

For orders canceled after two (2) business hours from the time the order was placed AND after the order has been shipped, a 15% transaction cancellation fee of the total order amount is applied.  Credit card companies charges this to the store.

If you need to change your shipping address and the order has already been shipped, there would be no way to change the address and will be considered ship.
