Unless products arrive defective or broken and due to the intimate nature of some of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returned or exchanges on toys. This is for our clients' health, safety, and peace of mind.
For us to reissue a damaged, inaccurate, defective, or broken item, you must get in touch with us via email within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please email our customer care staff at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID number, image(s) of the problem if you think an item is broken, defective, or if it is not the one you ordered, and the nature of the issue. A replacement shipment will be sent to you at no charge after review. If for any other reason, such as change of mind, a full store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
